Perfect for keeping your dog neat and fresh between full grooms. This package includes a massaging hydro-bath using a specially chosen shampoo suited to your dog’s coat and skin type, followed by a warm air fluff and brush. Their nails are clipped, and the face, feet, and sanitary areas are tidied for a clean, comfortable look.

Deluxe Full Groom or De-Shed Treatment

A complete grooming experience that leaves your dog looking and feeling amazing. It includes a massaging hydro-bath with coat-specific shampoo, a warm air fluff and brush, nail clipping*, and trimming of the face, feet, and sanitary areas. To finish, your dog will receive either a beautiful haircut or a de-shedding treatment, tailored to your preferences.

Puppy Pampers

The perfect first step into the world of grooming. This calm and comforting session includes a gentle bath, a soft brush-out, and plenty of cuddles to help your puppy feel safe and relaxed. Ideal for little ones building confidence before moving on to their first full groom.

* Nail trims are carried out if your dog is comfortable and their nails are safe to shorten. If not, I’ll recommend leaving them for another visit or seeing your vet.

Frequently Asked Questions

How long does a groom take?

Full grooms usually take around 2 to 2.5 hours, but every dog is different — I always go at your dog’s pace to keep things calm and comfortable. A bath and brush appointment typically takes about 1 hour, or up to 1.5 hours depending on your dog’s size and coat type.

Do you groom all dogs?

I don’t groom dogs with fleas, pregnant dogs, or those showing signs of illness. Please note — I’m not insured to groom any dogs on the UK banned breed list, so I’m unable to accept these breeds for appointments.

What if my dog has matting?

I do accept dogs with matting, but there’s an additional fee depending on the severity. You’ll need to sign a matting policy form before I begin. Sometimes, for your dog’s comfort, a short clip-off may be the only safe option.

What if I don’t have an outdoor plug socket?

That’s absolutely fine — I bring a long extension lead, so I can easily plug into a standard household socket. I just need a safe, level parking space or driveway close enough to reach.

Do you need access to a water supply?

No, my van is equipped with its own fresh water tank.

Do you offer discounts for multiple dogs?

Yes! I offer discounts for additional dogs from the same household. Please get in touch for a tailored quote.

Do you offer teeth cleaning?

Yes — I offer Emmi-Pet ultrasonic teeth cleaning as an add-on. The first session is £30, which includes your dog’s own toothbrush head. Follow-up sessions are £15 each.

How can I help keep my dog’s coat in good condition?

I recommend regular bath and brush appointments between full grooms to keep your dog’s coat healthy, reduce shedding, and avoid matting.
